Equipment Redeployment Technician (Part-Time, Term)

Based in Brandon, this position is responsible for Customer Premise Equipment hardware (CPE) in relation to Quality & Inventory Control as part of Warehouse Team. The term length of this position will align with our construction season and has the potential for a flexible schedule and/or the potential for full-time hours.

What you’ll do:

• Organize, clean, test, and update equipment to ensure device(s) are operational for redeployment and properly dispose of CPEs that are obsolete, damaged, or not suitable for redeployment.
• Process all returned CPEs from technicians and customer drop-off returns.
• Follow the serialized equipment status and location tracking, and inventory control procedures.
• Replenish warehouse staging shelf with equipment that has passed quality control and been processed.
• Return, track, and document CPE for service repairs where applicable with assistance from Warehouse Team.
• Prioritize and organize workload to ensure CPEs are processed in a timely fashion.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Minimum Grade 12 completion or equivalent. 
• Previous warehouse experience and/or experience using warehouse management software considered an asset.
• Proficient in learning technology and software, such as software productivity tools and scan gun applications.
