Positions Available for Summer Co-op
Front Desk Agent
Our front office teams ensure all guests receive an exceptional experience; before, during and after their stay. From preparing for and welcoming new arrivals, attending to diverse guest needs, right through to the processing of departures. Front office team members have the opportunity to make our guests’ experience one they’ll never forget.
Bell Person (Must be available May-October in order to be considered)
Helping to ensure our guests arrival and departure run smoothly our Bell person transports and delivers guests luggage to and from their rooms when required. In order to help guests enjoy the most of their time in the Rockies, our Bell Person share their knowledge on the local area and may help to assist or provide guests advise on booking activities and/or excursions!
Housekeeping (Room Attendant)
Our housekeeping teams keep the guest rooms and communal areas of our hotels looking clean and inviting. Room attendants operate behind the scenes, working hard to ensure guests experience that ‘wow’ factor when opening the door to their room or suite.
Breakfast Server
Our restaurant teams make sure guests enjoy a fantastic dining experience. This means setting the tone with a warm and friendly welcome, finding that ‘just-right’ table to suit each party’s needs, informing guests about what’s on the menu (especially relating to any special dietary requirements), and working diligently to ensure no plate or glass stays empty until bellies are full!
Please note: All other Food and Beverage Serving positions are offered to team members as a promotion once the manager has the opportunity to assess the team based on their job performance, work ethic, attitude and team player qualities.
Restaurant Support ( Busser and Host)
Our Busser and Host play an integral role within the restaurant assisting with the guests’ arrival by warmly greeting them, preparing table settings, filling water glasses, cleaning tables and above all they provide guests with a positive dining experience.
Cooks
Our kitchen teams prepare a diverse range of dishes served to both in-house restaurant patrons and to hotel guests choosing room service. By working together to deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner for hundreds of guests each day, our Prep and Line Cooks demonstrate their passion for food by preparing high-quality meals in a timely, safe, and creative way.
