Job Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the primary role of Hygiene Technician is to drive to locations within the Montreal and surrounding areas and provide delivery and collection service of ladies’ sanitary disposal units, clean and detail the washroom fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, etc.), delivery of washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more.  .

Duties and Responsibility:

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Hygiene Technician include, but are not limited to, the following:

  •  Performing daily hygiene service at our customers' premises according to routes established by the managers. 
  • Maintenance of sanitary receptacles, filling of air diffusers, soap and sanitizer containers, cleaning of sanitary amenities.
  • Manage your priorities on a daily basis and plan your itinerary efficiently according to customer requirements.
  • Be able to handle emergencies during the day  Follow up and analyze your work routes at the end of the day with the manager 
  • Responding to the specific needs of customers in the field and identifying special requests 
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Citron brand 
  • To have good relations with its customers and to offer new services 
  • Inform customers of work that will be done; 
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience for customers; 
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of city roads is considered an asset;
  • Full clean driver's license and abstract;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the customer;
  • Good communication, organizational, administrative and time management skills;
  • A genuine aim-to-please attitude;
  •  A positive attitude;
  •  Passion for customer service and
  • Autonomy, management of priorities
  • Day work, Monday to Friday
  • 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, 40 hours a week

Working Conditions:

  • Required to work in a busy, open and noisy area
  • Must be comfortable dealing with a variety of conditions including confined spaces, freezing and hot temperatures
  • This position will include repetitive bending,twisting, lifting reaching, pushing, and pulling of up to 30-50 pounds
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
