Maintenance Reliability Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
Creating a culture of asset reliability both individually and collectively as a team
Managing the pre/post check, preventative maintenance, work order, and spare parts inventory programs
A key driver in delivering Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in terms of proactive and reactive work that focuses on increasing uptime
availability, improving equipment performance and reducing product quality defects
Ensuring that planning and scheduling are optimized to ensure the right work is being prioritized at the right time to achieve company metrics and
Making sure safe day to day execution of maintenance related tasks with our employees and contractors
Managing and working directly with vendor/suppliers, contractors, and in-house engineers
Accountable for providing input to and staying within the R&M budget
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years experience in industrial maintenance supervision
Communicates effectively across multiple levels of the organization
Talented in training/coaching employees to ensure equipment reliability and performance
Effectively prioritize activities to meet plant expectations and strategic objectives concurrently
Complex troubleshooting skills
Ability to develop and execute capital projects
Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is preferred
CMRP certification from the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals is preferred
Certifications in predictive maintenance technologies or precision maintenance is preferred
