Fresh Prep is Vancouver’s homegrown meal kit delivery service. We help people throughout B.C. make world-class dinners with fresh, pre-cut and pre-portioned ingredients along with an extended menu of over 100 add-ons from local suppliers delivered weekly to your door.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Fostering lean manufacturing principles and practices amongst our Operations Team and processes
  • Responsible for the value stream map, while ensuring the Team connects with it
  • Own the continuous improvement project plan and ensures timely completion of successful projects
  • Key Lead in tracking and forecasting of operational KPI and P&L performance
  • Guru and Mentor of all things Lean: gemba (floor observations), identifying muda (inefficiency), poka-yoke (error proofing), kanban (pull system), standardized work, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), heijunka (schedule leveling), PDCA (plan do check act cycle management), 6S (organization)
  • Be a master of ensuring Employee buy in and engagement
  • Have great passion towards cleanliness and organization of a production facility

What We Are Looking For:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering process efficiency and effectiveness in a manufacturing setting 
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing Lean projects across multiple departments
  • Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification strongly preferred
  • Automated manufacturing plant experience preferred
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred
