Equipment Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

In the position of Equipment Support Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Track and process all vehicle licensing (plate renewals / replacements / returns, ownership changes, gross vehicle weight registrations, IFTA/PRP oversight, special permits, etc.)
  • Coordinate 407 account and process Transponder requests
  • Maintain asset files (physical and electronic)
  • Setup asset numbers in financial and fleet software
  • Track and coordinate fleet insurance renewals, certificates of insurance, and in-cab insurance paperwork
  • Liaise with equipment staff to process asset transfers
  • Track equipment rentals
  • Track and coordinate disposal of capital equipment (private sale, auction, scrap)
  • Generate monthly reports in support of Equipment Department
  • Maintain delivery schedule for active equipment orders

 

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of office/administrative support
  • Highly productive with excellent written, oral and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail is imperative
  • Valid G Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is required
