Think of this opportunity as the intersection between account management, marketing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver exceptional campaigns across various channels. This person is a team player, diplomatic, a strong communicator and strives to develop win-win solutions.


The successful candidate will be responsible for project management of their restaurant partner campaigns from conceptualization to brief development, budgeting, forecasting and reporting and will need to coordinate and manage timelines with our internal creative studio, digital marketing, campaign marketing, and insights teams to execute and report on our partners’ campaigns.


What’s On Your Plate:


  • Critical Thinking:Leverage data and insights to develop win-win strategies to support our restaurant partners

  • Solutions Based Marketing:Diagnose partner briefs and respond with strategic and creative marketing solutions that drive growth for partners. Being a champion of thoughtful solutions to partner issues as they arrive.

  • Executional Excellence:Use your strong attention to detail to excel in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You take accountability for all execution elements while working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You love to learn and when something isn’t clear you figure it out.

  • Stakeholder Management:Support National Partnership Managers (NPMs) in strengthening and deepening restaurant relationships. Maintain strong relationships with Creative, Digital, Product, Ops, Comms, Legal and other key stakeholders.

  • Subject Matter Expert:Have a pulse on the latest food trends, Skip innovation/tools, your partners’ businesses and marketing best practices.

  • Reporting & Analytics:Work with Business Intelligence to analyze campaign performance, optimize throughout and deliver insightful reports that lead to your recommendation of new initiatives. Work with internal stakeholders to compile timely and insightful QBRs.

  • Communication:Exercise clear and concise communication to “sell” your ideas.


Recipe for Success:


  • 2-3 years of marketing and/or partnership management experience, preferably in an agency setting

  • Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns involving creative, digital, social, media, eCRM and other tactics

  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills

  • Grittiness and willingness to roll up your sleeves with a “get it done” attitude

  • Proven experience working effectively in a highly dynamic environment

  • Strong customer-centric approach

  • Good financial and data acumen

  • Strong communicator that can use storytelling skills to craft a compelling narrative

  • Opportunity spotter

  • Highly proficient in Google Suite

  • Great attitude and proven self-starter

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Good understanding of digital marketing tactics

  • Fast learner, organized & reliable

  • Creative, intuitive & ambitious


Nice to have:

  • Foundational knowledge of the restaurant industry

  • Tableau, Google Data Studio or other data visualization platforms

  • Braze or other eCRM platforms

  • Asana, Jira, Trello or other project management platforms

  • Post-secondary education

  • Fluent in French
