This position contributes to the company’s success by installing, troubleshooting and repairing plant mechanical equipment devices and electronics in order for us to meet or exceed planned quality and production requirements.


•    Understand, maintain and troubleshoot food processing and filling equipment, including PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks and electrical distribution systems and devices.
•    Apply electronic system knowledge to food processing equipment to maximize system utilization.
•    Act as a first level escalation support for the maintenance team to locally or remotely, troubleshoot and repair all hardware or controls software systems within the facility.
•    Document and to work with cross-functional teams for training opportunities (SOP creation support, lesson learned capture, OPLs, etc.) to ensure knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge capture.
•    Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with maintenance and engineering teams regarding functionality of machinery and equipment, proposed solutions and related impacts.
•    Respond to emergency work requests with a work order to resolute problem(s) to ensure that the activities/tasks are completed in a correct & timely manner.
•    Comply with the execution of work order management process to maintain and capture all records of the repair and maintenance works conducted in a facility.
•    Comply with industry standards and champion quality/safety regulations of a food manufacturing operation.


•    Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
•    Understanding of basic mechanical equipment (functions & types of valves, pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers, etc.)
